Ireland | 2017 | 8 Minutes | Director: Kate Dolan

A man cruises around late at night looking for something. He pulls in to ask two young girls for directions - only to flash them to get a cheap thrill. Unfortunately, he has picked the wrong girls. They are also out hunting tonight and they will stop at nothing to get their kill.  

Kate Dolan graduated with an Honours Degree in Film & Television Production from the National Film School, IADT in 2012. There, she majored in Directing and minored in Editing. Her graduate short Breathe In (2012) was selected for a number of Irish and international film festivals.She has worked in many facets of filmmaking including Art Dept, Production and also worked as a Broadcast Producer in TBWA Dublin for almost 2 years after graduating. Kate will often edit and colour grade her own work due to her background in editing at college. 

In 2014, she attended Berlinale Talents to develop her short Little Doll at the Short Film Script Station. The film depicts the first same-sex crush of a young girl. The short premiered as part of Generation Kplus at Berlinale 2016. For her work with Little Doll, Kate was included in the British Council's fiveFilms4freedom 2016 Global List – 33 inspiring people from around the world promoting freedom, equality and LGBT rights every day. Recently Kate was chosen
to take part in the Guiding Lights, the UK's leading mentoring
scheme for filmmakers.
