Sequence Break

USA |  2017  |  80 minutes  |  Director: Graham Skipper

A reclusive video arcade repair technician experiences bizarre biomechanical mutations and Cronenbergian hallucinations when a mysterious new arcade machine appears in his shop.
A surreal sci-fi romance wherein a beautiful young woman and strange metaphysical forces threaten his reality, as he works to solve its mystery and the new chaos that has entered his life. As he mentally delves deeper into the game, he physically engages with the cabinet, deeper and unsettlingly deeper.

Best known as an actor in the indie horror genre, Graham Skipper broke into the scene starring as Herbert West in Re-Animator the Musical, directed by genre legend Stuart Gordon. Since then he has starred in the critically-acclaimed films Almost Human (TIFF '13), The Mind's Eye (TIFF '15), Beyond The Gates (LAFF '16), and more. This is his theatrical directorial debut.
