It’s Venice, but a Venice made of cardboard, lacework and candle wax. Clouds hanging down from the sky with ropes, inhabitants with colourful masks instead of faces. But as night falls, everyone locks himself home, as HE paces the city up and down, from channels to rooftops, stealing the very soul of the city. His name : the Thief of Colours.

OLMO RIEDINGER (FRANCE, 1994). Just graduated from Emca animation school in Angulema, he is nowadays working at Blue Spirit Studio but he intends to start directing again. "Le voleur de couleur" is his first short film as a director.
